All puppies are $900

All puppies are sold on limited Registration unless agreed upon with breeder. Full registration allows an owner to breed and register puppies produced by the parent to be registered by AKC as well. Generally, Full AKC Registration can be purchased(to approved breeders)for an additional $500 Puppies are ready to go home, after there vet appointment at 7 weeks. puppies are to be picked up by 10 weeks unless Love our Labradors By the Lake has agreed differently. Most of Love Our Labrador by the lake litters are spoken for before they are 7 weeks old. Lab pups don't start showing personality until they are around 5 weeks old, we schedule you in order of your pick to come pick out and pick up your new pup , after they are 7 weeks old. We will not hold a puppy unless it has a $100 deposit placed on it. With deposit we give weekly picture updates and videos, of puppies progress. To reserve your puppy, you will want to make a nonrefundable $100 deposit.by Venmo, Paypal ,Ck in mail or cash. We will give a detailed reciept on deposit. Pick order will be given in the order we receive deposits. If the sex and/or color is not available after your deposit has been given you may put that deposit toward another upcoming litter.

. Health/Guarantee

Each puppy will have been wormed at 2,4 and 6 weeks, your puppy will receive their first set of puppy shots(exact date will be in your puppy pack)Love Our Labradors By The Lake LLC Requires puppy to be seen at vet within 14 days from date of transfer for a wellness check. All Vaccinations must be kept currant , To protect from Distemper, Parvo, and Corona Virus for they are highly contagious.

If vet suspects any problems a written report from the vet explaining the diagnosis .If all above requirements are followed we will replace your puppy with a new pup from our next litter.

Hip Dysplasia & Elbow Dysplasia and other joint problems have been attributed to be as likely the result of environmental factors(50%) as well as a result of Genetics (50%)We cannot Guarantee this dogs hips /elbows against any form of Dysplasia nor do we guarantee a dog will obtain a particular OFA rating.If you feel your puppy/dog is going lame an suspect hip dysplasia,we will offer the following replacement guarantee if conditions are met:

_your veterinarian must send us a copy of x-rays as well as an official OFA report indicating either hip or elbow dysplasia.

_dog must not be older than 15 months

_dog must not have produced any offspring

_You must be original owner

_Dog must be in good shape,not overweight and in good health

_You must provide us with all vet/health records to your dog/puppy from the date of transfer to you

_You must provide us with OFA records indicating a hip Dysplasia diagnosis prior to 18 months old

_You must contact us within 10 days of discovery of puppy/dogs condition

If above requirements are met Love OurLabradors by the lake LLC will replace the dog with another puppy from our next litter,unless other arrangements are agreed upon between the breeder and buyer.This Guarantee only covers genetic defects of the Hips/Elbows and not physical injury.We are not responsible for any bills that may occur due to hip dysplasia,illness or death of puppy.This Health Guarantee shall not cover costs that exceed the original cost of the puppy purchase.

This agreement is good for 18 months after the date of birth of the puppy,The Health Guarantee is nontransferable and will be void if the original owner transfers the dog.

We take great pride in producing exceptional Labrador Retriever puppies ,and make every effort possible to assure that they are healthy and free from any genetic defects.
